Jennings Homerun Not Enough To Top Reinhardt

In Saturday's matchup against Reinhardt, the Koalas had their hands full trying to deal with the potent offense of the Eagles. To date, the Koalas have been struggling to put together a streak of wins. So far this season the team has gone 2-13, 0-10 in the conference and are currently sitting in last place. Although the season is far from over there has to be a some changes made immediately if the Koalas plan on making it to the post season.

As a group, the teams batting average is .242 with a on base percentage of .275. The only homerun came from the bat of Alexus Jennings in the second game of the double-header on Saturday. She hit one over the center field fence in what looked to be a comeback rally, but ended in defeat 7-5. A few critical errors to get out of the inning plagued the team Saturday and allowed Reinhardt to continue pouring in runs.

The Koalas are in desperate need of a win and will be traveling to Montreat on Wednesday in search of one. After which will return home for games on Friday against Bryan and Saturday against Brenau.
