Lindsey Hughes Named Head Tennis Coach

Director of Athletics, Ana Oliver, announced the hiring of Lindsey Hughes as the new head tennis coach for Columbia College.  Hughes comes to Columbia College from Piedmont College in Demorest, GA.

Hughes served as the graduate assistant at Piedmont College for the women's and men's tennis teams.  Before joining the coaching ranks, Lindsey played four years at Piedmont.  She was twice named to the NCCAA All-American team in singles and doubles, as well as a Great South Athletic Conference All-Conference selection all four years in singles and doubles.  

Originally from Loganville, GA, Hughes graduated from Piedmont College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Art in Broad field Social Science and received her Masters of Business Administration in 2008.
