Tennis Tops Converse to Begin Season

The Columbia College tennis team traveled to Converse College to begin the season on Saturday and came away with a 5-4 victory.

Senior Beatriz Ospina captured a win in singles and doubles, along with wins in singles by Megan Brown and Windy Yeager.   Ospina won 6-0, 6-2, and captured the doubles victory along with Ashley Chapman 8-6. 

The Koalas will play two more matches this week for the fall stretch of their season.  They host Piedmont College Friday at 2pm and Benedict College Saturday at 3pm.
