Women's Cross Country Picked to Finish 7th in AAC Preseason

WALESKA, Ga. - Milligan is the team to beat in the hunt for the 2025 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Cross Country championship, according to the AAC Coaches' Preseason Poll released on Tuesday. The poll was voted on by the women's cross country coaches of the AAC.

Milligan received 12 of the 13 first-place votes to amass 194 points. Montreat is picked to finish second with one first-place vote and 183 points.  Meanwhile, SCAD Atlanta, Reinhardt, and Brenau round out the top five followed by TMU in 6th and the Lady Koalas in 7th place with 115 voting points. They are just ahead of 8th place Bryan.

The Ladies get their season underway on Friday, Aug. 29 in Charleston Southern.

The AAC Championship Meet is set for Friday, Nov. 7, at Sequoyah Park in Knoxville, Tenn.
